We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Signage Assistant to work as part of our Customer Experience Team and in line with our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe.

The Digital Signage Assistant will be responsible for working in the Customer Experience team:

  • Support liaising with clients, partners and SEC teams to provide information on digital screen assets and the operating model available to them.
  • Receive and collate relevant content from the above parties and check for compatibility and suitability for our digital signage platform.
  • Upload and organise this content to the system.
  • Schedule the approved content to the correct sign groups at appropriate times.
  • Record content received and displayed per event and report using agreed reporting structure.  
  • Ensure the digital signage platform is managed correctly and remove old content as needed.
